At TW Carbon our custom paint artist is classically trained in the fine arts. He has brought his years of experience with him and can bring your dream designs to life.

CAN CARBON FIBER BE REPAIRED?
YES! Carbon fiber can be repaired. Carbon fiber is a great material when it comes to repairing damage.
HOW DO YOU REPAIR A DAMAGED FRAME? DO YOU JUST WRAPÂ THE DAMAGED AREA IN NEW CARBON FIBER?
No, when repairing damaged carbon fiber it is very important to first remove any of the damaged and de-laminated layers of carbon fiber. If this step is skipped the damage can propagate and cause a catastrophic failure of your frame. Once all of the damaged carbon has been removed we replace the old with new carbon. We match what was used originally so as to most closely keep the same feel and integrity of the frame.
WILL MY FRAME BE WEAKER THAN IT WAS BEFORE?
Your frame will be returned to you in the same strength as it was when it was originally made.
THE CRACK IN MY FRAME IS REALLY SMALL SO IT SHOULD BE REALLY CHEAP, RIGHT?
This totally depends on how the damage was made. Carbon fiber cracks like glass breaks. It spreads out and is larger than what you can see a majority of the time.
HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST?
To get a quote we ask that you call, text, email, facebook message, or DM on Instagram. We will ask you a few questions about the damage and ask for photos of the damage. We will give you our best guess for a quote at that time. Once we start working on your frame, if the damage is bigger than we estimated we will stop all work and contact you about moving forward or not. If you do not wish to move forward there will just be a small fee to retrieve your frame. This is just to cover the time required to work on your frame.
CAN YOU MAKE MY BIKE LOOK LIKE IT DID BEFORE IT WAS DAMAGED?
We are pretty good at returning you bike to it's original state. We can paint match and match most logos on your frame.
DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
We have a 1 year guarantee on carbon fiber and paint work. If you think our work isn't holding up, call us asap, we will make it right.
